Wahby Fundraiser scheduled: the Sooner the Better

You are cordially invited to a fundraiser held in honor of Ted Wahby, Candidate for County Executive. Please join Ted for his “Early Bird” fundraiser to be held at the St. Gertrude’s Nursing Home of St. Clair Shores. The entertainment this year is a Henny Youngman impersonator, “He’s so funny there won’t be a dry seat in the house!” There will be a delicious, easy to chew, low sodium, fiber enriched meal served with sugar-free gelatin for dessert. Door prizes this year are “Ted Wahby for County Executive” embossed pill organizers and denture cups and a copy of “Grumpy Old Men” in betamax format. Please make donations in the form of checks, expired store coupons, and S & H Green Stamps-We regret to inform you Ted can no longer honor coupons from your WWII ration books and of course no corporate checks please. For your convenience and safety, the venue will have room for walkers, wheel chairs, scooters, and high toilets with grab bars, EMS and County Coroner will be standing by.

  1. Very Funny! Both political parties seem to have candidates with these events. There are plenty of Gold and Silver Sponsors at all levels of government! Maybe that is why our government lacks efficiency.
